1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating or joining a lobby in Girgit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. What This App Is
Girgit is a party game for playing with friends in the same room. There are no user accounts — you just pick a name and a color each time you play.
3. Player Conduct
Play fairly, and keep names and clues appropriate for the group you're playing with. You're responsible for what you type into shared fields like your name and clues, since other players in your lobby can see them in real time.
4. In-App Purchases
Girgit offers an optional one-time purchase ("Regional Packs") that unlocks additional word pack content. Purchases are billed and processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their own terms — we don't handle payment or billing directly and can't issue refunds ourselves; refund requests go through Apple or Google. Once purchased on a device, the unlock applies to every game hosted from that device, so other players in your lobby don't need their own purchase to play with the unlocked content. To use the unlock on a new device, restore your purchase while signed into the same Apple/Google account you bought it with.
5. No Warranty
The game is provided "as is." Lobbies are temporary and can be affected by network issues, and we don't guarantee the app will be available or error-free at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for any loss or dispute arising from using the app — it's a game meant for casual fun, not for anything you'd depend on.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
